Spider Mountain Bike Park (Kids ride downhill MTB)

Kids Ride downhill MTB at Spider Mountain Bike Park. Take a peek at the only Lift Served Bike Park in Texas. Take a ride to the top on a ski lift, then ride your bike downhill on trails such as Itsy Bitsy, Antidote, Recluse, Vipers Den and Venom. There were some scary moments but we had so much fun we had to share with you. We are riding Co Op Rev DRT 24", Specialized Riprock 20", Marin Hidden Canyon 20", and Commencal Meta HT 24" bikes. Itsy Bitsy is a Green trail and is suitable for beginners. However, it has quite a bit of twists and turns that can be challenging if you want to go fast. Antidote is a Blue trail and is for intermediate skill levels. It is a jump trail. Recluse, Venom, and Viper's Den are all Blue intermediate trails. They feature rocky drops and are challenging yet very exciting. Stinger and Sticky Icky are Black Trails. We are not quite ready for those yet. Khai and Thien-Lam had near crashes but they were able to recover. Havana had a small run off of the trails but also recovered. Kids and parents can have so much fun here. Bring plenty of fluids, your own food, and protection gear. Full face helmets are recommended for kids' safety.
