I think it's hard for a lot of people, after growing up watching Tobey be Spiderman, and seeing the new movie. I thought Andrew did a great job, but it's so different. In my eyes Tobey will always be Spiderman, because I grew up that way. I miss the older Spiderman movies though..I kinda catch a glimpse of my childhood when I watch them.

it did make sense, it was a parallel to the raindrops scene from Spider-Man 2 and is Sam Raimi's cheese. It works, and it's perfect because this nerd is being what he thinks is "cool"

I’m currently rewatching the trilogy and about to finish 3. There is so much potential still for this character that Tobey and Raimi created. I hope Kirsten Dunst comes back and they tell a wonderful story in Spidey 4, and possibly even more!!!
