I had the same issue with his shoulder getting extremely tight and stuck but with my officially S.H. figure... I had the figure for maybe half a year or so when it just randomly got extremely tight, I tried using a bunch of different things to loosen it up like oil and dish soap but nothing worked and it eventually broke clean off. I've never had that happen on any figure when it was previously functioning just fine for months... it seriously killed my joy of collecting and toy photography for a few months after, especially because the Toby figures were going for so much more at that point (also my favorite Spidey/costume). I ordered a CT Spidey just to use parts from it to fix my official release, just hope it works out fine considering the size difference you mentioned.

I only buy bootleg for 3 reasons, 1st when the original is overprice yet very fragile (SHF Miles Morales), 2nd I Just need it for the accesories or extra hand and face plates compatible with the original (SHF Anya Forger), 3rd for making Modified Figures.

Personally I've been used to the og trilogy mask bc it's remained entirely consistent throughout out the films. The nwh mask looks way too weird and it's obvious any time they're masked it's cgi. As I pointed out in my authentic review in bts photos they actually have the correct face shell and eyes but the CGI model looks completely fucked

This was years ago on eBay for the revoltech and SH figuarts figures. If your talking about the Friendly neighborhood Spider-Man I'd contact the seller and let them know and depending on how long you've had it they should just send you a replacement
