The hole cutout that exposes the apple logo has got both, a positive side and a negative side to it. The positive thing is, that it helps in disposing the heat quicker compared to a fully closed case, which results in less battery health degradation(from my own experience and observation). And the negative thing is, that it gets scratches and fingerprints on it too easily. But still, few of them like to show off that apple logo.
