Three items: 1. There should be an indicator when the element is on for safety. 2. For $550 I'm disappointed that you can't program temps like many other controllers already on the market that are cheaper. 3. Its very nice looking good job on presentation

This is a cool panel. Dumb question but does it automate step mashes or is it designed for single mashes only

It's just a single mash temp but with a quick turn of the dial you can change the temp. With grain being as good as it is now a days the step mash is less and less common.

How does the panel work if kettle is 240 volt and the accessories are 120 volt?
