The only reason I don't smoke black market is because I've no idea how to get hold of them. Any suggestions? lol. Also they're going to drive people back to cigarettes so it's counter-productive.

Try any east european shop, not so much the Polish ones. Or corner shops run by Pakistanis. Just ask for cheap cigarettes. Nobody gets hurt if they say no.
