The worst part is that cow tongue is delicious. It doesn't taste bad at all. It's soft, tender, juicy, not chewy at all (I hate chewy food) much better than regular beef steaks because it's pure muscle. Here in Mexico we make delicious tacos with it. They probably just boiled it and that's it.
