I love my girl Jasemine and I like her feeling outrage for the reasons she stated. Whitney was my favorite charactor, there was some biases there because we went to the same high school. I would not have looked at the movie Angel Heart but for Lisa Bonet and I knew this probably was a career kill and then came the pregnancy. I stand with him, Bill Crosby, not willing to write for that and of not adding a pregnant "don't have a pot to pissed on" stereotypical role we have seen it enough. She would have been doing well because of her parents are rich. I made my daughter quit when she became pregnant while in college because I could not 100 % support the new addition and her, now, she would have to work full time. There are consequences on one's decision sometimes. Bill was trying to build an empire and with it bring respect to the way some blacks were Iiving. Disney also had demand for his stars because if you supposed to be trying to uphold an wholesome lifestyle the actors need to be on board and understand the importance of it for their character and careers. It sad but true there a lot of female celebrities that had to make the decision career vs. starting a family. I don't like that you raking over the coal, Bill Crosby current situation into this matter because you going off subject because none of the cast was involved with that. Denise character made an exit and I did not miss her because her acting for me was like she was not to into it, no energy (lacadacius) and there were so many strong characters on the show. Lisa has done very well for herself behind the camera and focusing on raising her kids and living the life of her choosing. Bill was the boss, and this was his world on set, but it depended on other and sponsors for it support.

I think it had to do with the conflict of black brand Bill wanted to establish. She did a movie, Angle heart, among other things. But it didn't seem as though he cut her out of the business. That image of black in a positive light helped a whole culture of people, feel and do better in the wake of a world that portrays them as pimps, whores and the lesser of life. The bottom line is Lisa is not a good actress. The woman who Clair’s mother said she was ungrateful. She was also unprofessional. That’s why she hasn’t had much success as an actress after The Cosby show. Hiring security for a producer was overkill. Lisa was yelled at because her F Ups affected others and time is considered money. She was only on the show for teenage boys to crush on. She was given a new start with ADW and screwed that up by showing up late way too many times and not knowing her lines which caused rehearsals to take a really really long time. Other times she just wouldn’t show up at all.. Lisa kept quiet about Cosby for all those years and then she steps out of the shadows when Cosby is at a low point by kicking him when he’s down. She showed her true colors. The guy who played Lisa’s husband on The Cosby Show is still salty because he was fired after Lisa left the show. If Lisa’s not there why would they keep him?

The actress who played Phylicia Rashad's mother said Lisa was ungrateful for the opportunity that she had and acted like the show was no big deal for her. A black male writer for ADW (Can't remember his name) said Lisa smoked so much weed (which she chained smoked on both Cosby and ADW) that you could smell her before you saw her. Anne Beatts was the first producer for ADW and she said Lisa would show up late all the time and not know her lines and because of this rehearsals would go on and on and on. Lisa kept F'ing up and Cosby kept giving her chance after chance and even her own show and she messed that up and he took her back on Cosby. She actually thought this would help her career! She didn't know it but Cosby was trying to save her from what she was becoming. She was given tremendous opportunities that any actress, particularly a Black actress, could only dream of at that time. She made some selfish and reckless choices that could have jeopardized the jobs of everyone working on ADW. I can understand why some might have been annoyed by her. I also understand why some of her friends are sticking up for her. However, these were Lisa's choices and ADW had to accept them. She needs to take responsibility for HER choices. She can't force a bunch of crazy 💩on people, expect them to be cool with it, and then get mad because people don't have sympathy when HER CHOICES end up tanking her career.
