That looks absolutely AMAZING! I love the compact travel functionality! I do take a wheel sometimes when traveling and having one that can fold like this would be just a wonderful upgrade!

That is coming along nicely. I really love how you've made everything fit inside the case for safe transport and storage!

At first I was going to get the newest 6 but after this video I’m sold on the Fold! 🎉😊

I think the EEW Fold is my new favorite eSpinner too. One thing to consider though is this the Kickstarter is like a pre-order and it will be a long time before the EEW Fold ships. A timetable for it will be in the Kickstarter when it launches.

do bear in mind that the capacity of those EEW 6 bobbins is more than the 6, so it is perfect for plying!

Amazing engineering! I would consider backing this one even though I absolutely love my 6.0. Will the fold be a similar size to the 6.0?

The bobbins are 8 ounces on the EEW 6, and 4 ounces on the EEW Fold.

brilliant, thanks Maurice: is the 3D printed one the same size as the molded one? If so then it must be an odd perspective effect, for the purple one looks way larger than the molded parts one. I am amazed about how everything fits neatly together, which is really my thing. But I guess that you can't fit a disassembled bobbin inside, correct? Anyhow, making this comment only because, for it looks fabulous, and I can't wait for it to be out. Finally, will it have a speed counter you had mentioned previously? Again, can't wait!

The molded and 3D printed ones are the same size. It is just a perspective effect. There is no room for a bobbin in the bottom. Yes, it has the speed gage on it. This video didn't talk about it because it doesn't require a deep dive and is adequately explained in the shorter kickstarter video.

So excited to see this come together. Is there a place to store the orifice reducer?
@DreamingRobotsBlogКүн бұрын
The reducer can be put back on the flyer when it's in the bottom.
