This is a great video for two r easons. 1. As a newbie looking into learning how to spin with a drop spindle, you provided simple explanations of each type. 2. You remind me of my youngest daughter Jenn. I don't see her very often because we don't live close to one another. You're very sweet, just like her. Wishing you all the best.

After going on and on I finally decided my favorites are bottom whorl and best for winding, Turkish. I always do a neat job.

Do you have a "what fiber what spindle" kind of video anywhere?

I enjoy drop spindle spinning, but need some ideas of what to do with the small amounts of yarn that is produced. Is there an efficient way to connect many "single" spindle's worth of yarn so it can be used in a project like a scarf, or gloves...etc?

You can graft the ends of your yarn together using a felted join!

I want to spin like a 3-6cm fiber into a fine yarn what do you recommend? its cats down by the way short hair mostly. like ive read the less weight the spindle has the finest yarn it can produce, but what whorl should I look for?
