Great video and thank you for the information. We are currently going through the same thing with my son who is a 15 years old club level baseball player. Although the difference between him and the 16 years old soccer player above, my son has a full complete fracture of L4, unilateral if which makes it better. My question is, it is acute injury but complete fracture. I know some doctors I saw , complete fracture won't healed and rejoined , basically won't have boney healing. My another doc. said, there is a chance to be healed and rejoined because it is acute injury that there is edema in the area. So, we are trying hard to put my son in brace and stopped playing all the sports , currently we are in week 2 of bracing. What is your thoughts about complete fracture? Have you had a patient who had a complete unlateral fracture healed as boney union healing? Thank you
