Finally! I've literally been searching for almost 8 years of ASMR to find someone that does anticipated and actual "unpredictable." Guessing and sometimes trying to predict which ear you'll hit sends those shivers down the back. Finally someone understands the highest form of ASMR.... Subscribed

Hey Dalton! ☺ After becoming far too tired to write anything meaningful last night, I took a very long and deep nap. 😴😉 Here is my finished comment: Oh, that's something for me... so much black screen today. Then my eyes can go to sleep. 😄 My ears are really looking forward to it! 🥰 And the chapters sound promising again and make me curious. As always, I'll just let myself be surprised. But it's great that there will be riddles again. 😍 I found that very entertaining and also challenging in the first part. Let's get started! Okay, after a few seconds I'm already tingling. 😍 It's incredible how you manage to drive me totally crazy in a very pleasant way. 😉 Your anticipatory slow gentle speaking and whispering with the long pauses, your close breathing, your walking around, whatever is crackling and everything around my head is really an experience in itself. It's extremely intense without a picture. I definitely always notice this in myself, because I usually just listen with my eyes closed. My concentration is so much better. That's probably why my spoiled ears love this three-dimensional listening effect and ear-to-ear so much. 🥰 You have picked out and presented some very nice wise quotes. Some I already knew, others not yet. I found it very pleasant that you made soothing noises in between. One sounded as if you were stroking wood. And I also found it particularly nice that you used the tuning fork again. It creates such wonderful vibrations. It's all totally relaxing. 😌 Okay, moving on to the Riddles, which I've been looking forward to all this time. Finally!!! 😄🥰 I'll write down my thoughts, ideas and answers from my first listen so you have something to laugh about. 😂 And I'll take the liberty of pausing the video to think longer and look up and translate the words I don't know. Foreign language bonus, so to speak. 23:24 - 1. Okay, an island is surrounded by water, the letter T is surrounded by the letters S and U. Hmm, I just don't see anything in common. That starts "well"... ... Okay, when you gave the answer, it clicked for me. It was a bit mean for me, though, because I wasn't thinking in English, but in German. In German, water is called "Wasser" and there is no T in the middle, but a double S. 🙃 24:52 - 2. Hmmm, if today comes before yesterday? The day before yesterday? I don't know... ... Okay, that's another one of those word games where I have to think in English! In German it's the other way around with the letters. Today means "heute" and yesterday means "gestern" and g comes before h. But I wouldn't have thought of a dictionary as an answer. 26:08 - 3. The moon? But which corner is meant? ... ... a stamp! 😂 Yes, of course! Hahaha, does anyone still use them? Unfortunately, almost everyone only writes e-mails these days. 28:17 - 4. Happiness? Love? Freedom? 🤔 Hmm, but I don't think it all quite fits... ... Yes, your answer fits well, of course. 👍😊 29:39 - 5. What gets bigger the more you take it away? I don't know. But what does McDonald's have to do with it? Probably something American again that I have no way of knowing. 😅... ... Okay, but the answer is logical. 31:22 - 6. What has four fingers and a thumb, but isn't alive?... Okay, something that isn't alive and has a hand... a corpse? But that answer is definitely too macabre for a riddle like that, don't you think? 🙃 ... Great! A glove! I'm literally slapping my hand over my head, but without the glove. 😉 Note to myself: Franzi, next time just think a little bit further around the corner!!! 32:39 - 7. A secret? -> Yeah, finally the first hit!!!! 🤩 Now my brain is slowly warming up, I have such a feeling, haha. 33:52 - 8. wine? not sweet, not semi-dry, but dry? ... no, of course not! 🤣 34:52 - 9. I have a big question mark ❓ in my head... I don't really understand the question... Help, I don't want any more... 😉 ... Okay, it was the language barrier again. I first understood "ladder". And when I heard the question again, I thought that it could also be "letter", but then of course I thought of the ABC and not of the written words on paper in the sealed envelopes with the stamps that are sticking in the corner and going around the world! 😂 37:27 - 10. What comes once a minute, twice a moment, but never in a thousand years?... Okay, I'll play it safe now and think in English so that I can improve my statistics a bit here. 1x in "minute" 2x in "moment" 0x in "thousand years" -> the letter M -> Yeah, second hit!!! 🤩 Well, it's slowly getting better... 39:21 - 11. Maybe some kind of animal? I don't know... Oh a barber... lol, but only if he has a beard I would say. What if the barber is a woman? Or are there only male barbers? Okay, I won't think about it any further now... 🙄 41:32 - 12. Knowledge? Time? Money? 🤔But none of it really fits... Ah a coffin! That was hard... 43:29 - 13. Hmm, a knitted scarf? Or maybe a sponge? Yes, sponge sounds good. I log in: "sponge" 🧽 -> Yeah, hit number 3!!! 🤩 45:05 - 14. I think this is the "hardest" question of all for me today. 😉 And I think you're kidding me right now! 😂🤗 My answer is of course: "Are you asleep yet?" 😜 -> Yeah, hit number four!!! 🤩 Luckily I have a good memory, haha! 46:40 - 15. no idea... ... He was bald, yes, totally logical... probably it was just as dark in the barber store as it is here and the barber shaved the poor man's head instead of his beard. 😂🤣 48:06 - 16. Hmm maybe they are all couples? ... ... Hey, almost right. Unfortunately I forgot the marriage license. Do I get half a point now, please? 😉 50:20 - 17. very spontaneous: my shadow? -> Yeah, hit number five!!! 🤩 Yes, I'm still awake, but my head is really smoking. Those were very entertaining riddles today, but not always easy. However, it was great fun. Thank you! ❤ And your voice was so spine tingling, it's a wonder I was able to think at all during the riddles, hahaha! And to make sure you have some fun too, I'm giving you my very favorite riddle. 🥰 My granddad used to drive me to despair with this riddle when I was a little kid. It's the old and very well-known riddle with the wolf, the goat and the cabbage. I hope you haven't heard it yet, though. So have fun and don't cheat. 😉 This is the riddle: There is a wolf 🐺, a goat 🐐 and a cabbage 🥬 on a wide riverside. A man with a small boat is supposed to take them all to the other side of the river. However, he can only take one passenger at a time. Another difficulty is that the wolf would eat the goat and the goat would eat the cabbage if they were unattended. How does the man manage to get all three of them safely to the other side of the river? I'll write the answer again at the very end of my comment. 😜 So, finally, the relaxation exercise was extremely pleasant, incredibly tingling and very, very, very relaxing. 😌 I don't need to say anything more about your voice 😉 and the gloves drive me totally crazy. And the great breathing exercise at the end was so infinitely calming that I almost stopped breathing... You do it so wonderfully well. 🥰 I think this extremely close breathing to my ears with the gentle blowing and the gloves, that's all I would need to fall asleep. This is trust, well-being and pure relaxation. My ears thank you and so do I, of course. 🤗 Your videos are something for body, mind and soul. The tingling is for my body. The riddles were for my mind, which I had to strain a bit to get it thinking properly. However, I learned a lot again. And my soul just feels good, relaxed, in a good mood and calm. A big thank you, Dalton! ❤ Very well done again! 👍 And now the solution from the river crossing riddle: 1. First the man takes the goat to the other side of the river. 2. He goes back and fetches the wolf. 3. Back at the goat, he unloads the wolf and loads the goat back into the boat. 4. Then he goes back again, unloads the goat and loads the cabbage. 5. Back at the wolf, he unloads the cabbage and drives back over to the goat on his own. 6. He loads the goat again and drives back to the wolf and cabbage. -> Done! ☺ Of course, you can swap the wolf and cabbage as you like.

haha more comments in your one comment than I can respond to. I was thinking some of these riddles might be a bit too much for anyone who isn't a native English speaker though, they were elementary riddles but for American kids I think lol. I ended up cutting a few of the language related or American currency related ones. I did get the first half of your riddle, I forgot the wolf would eat the goat if I left them both on the other side of the river though :P Almost got it!

@@DaltonDoesASMR Haha, the poor goat... what a tricky situation! ;P I really like logical riddles like this. They're fun and stimulate your creativity. And don't worry, you don't have to answer my comments, I don't expect it, but of course I'm pleased if you do. I know they are very long. I love writing. It helps me relax, de-stress and create something nice. And when I listen to ASMR while I write, it's very meditative for me. So fun and mental training for me and hopefully not too boring feedback for you. :)

Commenting late again since I've honestly not really had the time haha, but I really enjoyed this along with the other videos in this style. Your voice and pacing continues to always bring me into a state of relaxation, which I feel is elsewise more rare. So far you've done riddles, quotes, and art descriptions; if you want to continue this sort of of trend, maybe you could do movie and/or song descriptions/quotes next, where we try to guess them based on an overview, time released, genre, vibe, etc.
