Instruction is good but the mouth breather in the background is distracting and ruins the video.

it's a Sankyo wrist lock. That ukemi to relieve pressure is exactly why aikidoka flip out of locks.

Awesome technique, I really liked it! Though the background breathing is very distracting :O

Now i know better so i was really lose with this ! hence they guy didn't feel it till i turned around. Very good description of follow up after hitting ground gonna try that on unsuspecting white belt that will go for this grip :> Also its perfect for my body type as i am short so going under armpits is easier ;)

Your technique vs the purple belt shows the vast difference in skill between even a purple and black belt, good stuff 👍

Not really new done it as white belt on other white belt unknowingly , he was trying to take my back after i missed leg shot but his arm got trapped after i turned back to him he him he was forced to follow. Anyways i never thought about it again till i saw the video. Maybe because i mainly focus on self defense aspect hence train Gi and no GI. But really nice move competition wise if it works it works that how i see it ! Subbed for more videos ! OSS

This move may come from older Koryu jujutsu but I've seen it taught in Aikido, specifically Iwama style and some Aikikai styles if you're looking for origins. It's a double wind uchi mawari sankyo

No one cares cause Aikido is useless, you dont practice contact.
