David Clayton Thomas In my humble opinion THE No1 pop/rock male of the modern post war era. 1. Stunning voice 2..great guitar chops 3. Front man personality to die for. 4. Composer who wrote STANDARDS! No male had a better vocal quality except maybe Lou Rawls. Just by a hair breadth pips Leon Russell at the finishing line. Incidentally, the female equivalent being Joni Mitchell. Hmm, both Canadian? Greetings from Australia

David's label was foolish to turn down this song if only they knew that it would be a smash hit two years later. This one is awesome compared to the BS&T one that I hear on the radio all the time. CKLW in Windsor gave it lots of airplay once David allowed BS&T to record and release his song.
