Knowing that a vast majority of the artists in this genre are from Europe (r3hab is for example Dutch, just like Martin Garrix, Sander van Doorn, Showtek etc), yes there are concerts in Europe. Europe already 'knows' about this music (I'm deliberately not naming a genre cause I'll probably name the wrong genre XD), the States not so much. So spreading this music in The States is a goal and showing footage from The States makes sense in that case

I have never seen sth from Europe spread so quickly in America esp considering the fact that they have trying to make soccer (known as football in Europe) popular for decades and have failed miserably.

If you think of artists like john dahlback, sometimes tiesto, deadmau5, adam k & soha, Chuckie, Armin Van Buuren, kaskade and sometimes afrojack, their music is completely different and most people wouldn't know about them. not all EDM or house music is the same.
