Sir i have so many eye focussing issues, imbalance, giat issues, vng test picked up nystagmus,I hv on n off giddiness n eye ball pain n other issues. Hv a cyst in pituitary gland. Suspected case of autonomic neuropathy as autonomic function test shows abnormal impulse from right tibial nerve suggesting autonomic dusfunction. Tinnitus is also there. Sir is it all coz of brain issues. Hv a hyperintense t2 signal in brain in white matter right >left

What could cause bilateral monocular blurry vision with eye movement only? This occurs at distance and near with 20/20 visual acuity when fixed. This is secondary to a tbi. Thanks
