Whats the difrence of this dlc and the 30$ one ?? Allso thanks for the info im getting this game soon and wanted to make sure id get all these trucks aswell

I believe the 30$ one is the whole game included where as the cheaper one is for when you already have the game. As of 1/22/20 they are both on sale for 12$ for the whole game and 10 for the expansion.
