Spirit Animal Totems, Symbolism & Meditation ~ The White Witch Parlour

I have always had a very deep connection with insects and arachnids. As a child, I used to carry bumblebees through the house while stroking their soft, fuzzy backs (much to mom's horror!), and now (as an adult) have this very strong urge to take up beekeeping (although I'm not sure why?). Additionally, dragonflies, butterflies, and ladybugs seem to be drawn to me as they often will land on or near me, and typically allow me to pick them up without a fuss. They all have a very special place in my heart and when I see any one of them (bees included!) I feel as though a longtime friend has come along to say "hello." :) However... I cannot say that there is a creature on this planet that I feel more in tune with than *spiders.* I grew up keeping them as "pets" and spent a lot of time playing with them, so we have a long history together...also, I am *VERY* protective of them. And while just like everyone else, I do tend to see them everywhere... I do not see them as "pests" or as frightening abominations as so many do. When I look at a spider, and it looks back at me, I get this feeling like we have an inside joke, or something? An understanding, maybe? I can't really describe it accurately in writing (or at 2:30+ in the AM), but I truly, deeply feel connected to those critters. (I won't lie, I came across your channel by accident, and clicked on this video out of curiosity... I'm not much of a spiritualist but even I can't help but to think that there is something to all of this beyond our understanding! Loved the video, and will be eagerly awaiting more!)

There is a man in my neighborhood who breeds peacocks and the alpha tends to visit my yard in spring for early morning naps. I know at one time in history, the Chinese began to fill palace gardens with peacocks to increase the grandeur of their estates and to represent wealth and beauty. I have always taken this as a sign to continue to make my yard beautiful and lush in honor of the beautiful creatures that come to visit. I love animals~ ♥

Been having a lot of problems in my office being bullied by some notorious co-workers. Been doing a lot of spiritual work to protect myself and move out the negativity. I asked for a sign that my spiritual efforts were not in vain. When I came into work the next day, our office calendar had a picture of a black cat for the new month. Crows started appearing to me at the beginning of Nov. 2016 by the end of that month my mother was hospitalized. She passed Jan. 22nd. I had a very hard time dealing with it. They still appear to me very strong. I feel it's cause it's time for me to start a new beginning. A reminder on how strong of a warrior I am and I can do this. 1st it made me uneasy but now I love seeing them, I know I'm ok.

I have always had an affinity for wolves. I remember as a kid, I loved watching the cartoon movie Balto because of the wolves in it. As I grew older I would always dream about them and then when I was 16 I happened upon a wolf hybrid in a local shelter and I was able to adopt her. I connected with her as a companion on a higher level than even my human companions. She was my animal soul companion. Unfortunately she passed away last year after seven years of friendship. My soul hasn't felt quite the same since then. Still my magnetism to wolves are the same, whether it be a painting or a totem, etc. I was just lucky enough to live along side and work with the animal I am most drawn to. Having her around definitely enhanced rituals when her energy was close by. I wear an energized wolf pendant every day.

I has a similar situatuon. Drawn to wolves(i enjoyed the first balto movie lol) and loved werewolves. I ended up getting a Siberian Husky/Wolf mix his mother was an all white wolf and father i cant remember but was a farm husky. I had him for several years while i lived with my grandma but when my mom moved us to va from jersey i wasnt allowed to take him. He eventually passed away tragically and sadly while i was away. Ever since having him in my life ive felt drawn to run like the wind and i have a strong urge to take off running on all fours. I have a great sense of smell, sight, and hearing.

I am awakening. over the past few weeks ive become more and more aware of this. Yesterday i had a breakthrough. Today i had a rough go. Coming out of my troubles i noticed a moth on my special table that ive dedicated to my spirituality and practices. The moth had passed away and i mourned its life. I thought it was beautiful but strange because we are still having extremely cold weather and moths are uncommon right now. I set his body free outside... Hours later i watched this video and the moment you said that moths are a sign of awakening i was washed over with confirmation and gratitude. I AM AWAKENING

ever sense i was a little girl i always loved being outside and admiring nature. after a while i i found a huge interest in insects but as i grew up i never really payed attentions to them. untill i started to realized i wanted to change my life around,during this process i started to become connected with my younger child self and and realized that moths would show up at huge points or show up in weird places u would think a moth could get. one day i even came home from a walk and walked into my room to find a moth on my wall.... i got so close to it and admired it and it just hung out with me :gave it some apple yeah.thats when i knew that the moth is my spirit animal. there are more situations where they popped up,but this is already a long comment. Ive been having a challenging week and Ive been seeing TONS of CATS black, white, orange, multicolored.. In groups and alone.. This is unusual for my area too.. Also a giant white moth last nigh landed and stared dead at me for a while and i had to pretend to lightly toss my foot up and it flew away.. I saw the cats right after an important test in school (Math) that i was getting stressed about.. And right when I walked outside there they were. I had a amazing moment where I saw a stalk. It came out from cover to me at a lake whilst I took a quiet walk by myself at night. It really gave me a honoured moment I felt happy it stayed with me in that moment. I also had a time where I was walking home along a busy road next to a field, a young female pheasant came out in the middle of my path, I tried to guide it back in the bush to safety from the road and she let me stroke her and followed me before going back into the field it was lovely 😊

I asked a question to my Spirit Guide and asked them if I was right in my thinking and feeling to please show me a red cardinal. a cardinal showed up not even 2 minutes later. since that day... I have seen a cardinal almost every day and multiple times a day. I'm not sure what to think of it.

I've always loved dogs and wolves. As a child I had a dog I loved like a brother but then he died and it hurt a lot to me and to my family. As an only child i became lonely and bored, depressed sorta. But as a way of rememberance I was so hella interested in wolves. I thought they were so beautiful and I could just feel energy between me and a wolf. We have a new dog now and now he's my little brother and I love him a lot. I always thought butterflies were beautiful, but never obsessed over them. Over the summer the same blue and black butterfly followed me. It would do something I'd never seen , it would stand by the door or sit on the windowsill. Whenever I would go outside the butterfly would always be around me.

so, before I went to sleep one night, I asked to see my spirit animal. to my surprise, I dreamed about a hippopotamus. As far as animals finding me, Black cats. We recently had a black cat adopt our family, so we adopted her. I fostered 2 little kittens. One tabby, one black. The black one always cuddled up to me. I went to Harper's Ferry and I met a friendly black cat that followed me up the street. I found out that this is a town cat named Victoria. I love black cats because they are ALWAYS sweet, but the last to be adopted :(. I love your videos!

I have a coyote story! I live out side a big city but it's not a city type of city (if that makes sense lol) but not close to nature. It's rare to hear a coyote howl (I'm never scared of the howl, it's comforting since I'm from a very nature based home town and coyotes are very prevalent in this area). It hit me when you brought up coyotes! When I first started the job I'm leaving now! I heard coyotes howling! And again to hear a pack of them is rare. I remember that night so clearly! I remember I stopped everything to hear them but didn't listen. This is a time that I wasn't listening to myself and wasn't in touch with my spiritual self. I feel that the divine was giving me a sign to watch out because after that, my job was a huge stress in my life because of energy vampires that like to see people in emotional agony. It took a while to figure out why I was feeling the way I was. I'm an empath and empath medium. I have tumbled (I don't like saying stumble because it means falling, I found it, not fell lol) across witchcraft after doing my emotion healing and spiritual journey, I have always been a witch but didn't realize it! I am and have been drawn to rabbits ever since I was born. For me it's swallows. My mother told me that right before she new she was pregnant with me, three swallows flew three time around my mother, my father, my sister and my brother. I see them sometimes and not so long ago I randomly went into a store and found a necklace with a swallow. I wear it everyday! :)

I had a fear of spiders for most of my life and I would have nightmares of them as a kid. Where I would be under a table surrounded by thick webs and hundreds of spiders of all shapes and sizes. This was a nightmare that I used to have once every year as a kid and then it stopped. Im 20 now, this year has been one of the hardest ones for me and I hate to admit it but depression hit me, hard. After a solid decade I had this "nightmare" again. Quote on quote because despite still feeling that same fear as a kid this time it was an epiphany. I realized it wasn't so much that I was scared of the spiders themselves or the poison they might carry but the fact that I felt like I couldn't move. As if the slightest movement would be a big mistake. I felt trapped. Not just in my dream but I felt trapped out side my dream as if I couldn't go anywhere with my life. Don't worry I started seeing my depression as an awakening since I don't dwell on sadness and it's helped so much! I don't know why but I kinda teared up watching your video & felt like sharing. Would you say spiders are my spirit or guide animal? And do we just get one or multiple?? Thank you for making this video ❤️ I still don't like spiders but from this point on I won't kill them anymore. I'll just try my best to release it outside. Once again thank you for this video!

I have always felt a fondness for opossums. I even tried to save one whenever I was a young girl. Now, as an adult, opossums visit my home on a regular basis. (I leave food out for them intentionally). They are regarded as pests by most of people around here. But they are so precious with their cute pink feet and awkward smiles. I can sit out and wait for them to show up for an easy meal. They are welcomed and loved here at my home.

Last year I had a dream where I met a dark wolf, stand there looking at me, I was standing there all calm. I don't know what was his message. He wasn't growling he just very relaxed. Sigyn Laufeyson trust me I understand, I grew up Catholic, and for a VERY long time I struggled with it, like while in church I always had a strong feeling that I just didn't belong there at all. It also just felt so fake, like wool being pulled over my eyes or something (I think that's the saying?) But it wasn't until I really took a step back and looked deeper into what makes catholicism that I realized why. There's just something about it that doesn't make sense to me, and it never has. For example, why would a snake be a symbol of evil, if it too is one of God's creatures? If humans were always offered forgiveness, why wouldn't any of Gods own creations in nature have that same option? I'm not sure if that really makes sense or not, but what I'm really getting at is that if everything natural (in nature) is good and pure, how can one creature be removed from that and called evil? Of course there's so much more that has astonished me about catholicism, so many reasons why I left it to try Wicca, but that is just my response to your comment. Anything else would be way too long to comment.

Shakes are my main animal too! Snakes aren't evil, they're actually extremely peaceful and unbiased. They're representative of the element water and they regularly shed their old skin. The snake never stops growing and can climb the highest trees and swim the roughest currents but always stay grounded.

Had a Dragonfly . fly over my car and hover there while i unlocked it and stood beside it with the driver door hanging wide open it flew away and flew back and hovered over the car as i got in with my aunt after coming out of a restaurant after eating there.. (such restaurant was one my grandmas favorites when she was alive) the location of it is in downtown area not close to any pond's so it was out of the ordinary to see a dragonfly there flying around. I've always never really known what my spirit animal was and for a while, wolves where my favorite animal so I thought a wolf was my spirit animal and I really liked them. Then while I was watching a video about the weirdest and cutest animals in the world and most of them I didn't even know! Then the person who was talking about the animals, started talking about this animal, as she called it, the dumbo octopus. I was drawn to this animal and I loved how cute it was and I was quite connected to it. I also had a love for siberian husky's and I was reading a battersea dogs and cats home book about a siberian husky puppy. In the book it said that they where useless guard dogs and loyal and playful. I instantly thought who was my spirit animal more and at my school in grade/year 5 a poet came in for this poet week we where going at my school and she said to us that we needed to write a poem about our spirit animal. I was thinking between the 2 and I decided on a dumbo octopus because I thought (because we where performing our poems) I would write about it so then the crowd would know about them. While I was watching this video ,looking for advice on meditation since i'm a newly starting out wiccan and I didn't know how to meditate, and while I watched the first and second part of this video, I was listening carefully and I kept thinking about what my true spirit animal was and when I listened to you telling me what to do while I was meditating, doing it through step-by-step, and while I was thinking, I saw darkness then two times of places. Under water, and a snowy land, both seperated by a black line. I was thinking between them what was truly mine and while I was going over the facts, I chose the husky. It seemed so RIGHT for me. I'm so happy that I have meditated for the first time and found out my spirit animal. Thank you for being such a big role model on me (since 17/11/17) and you are such a big help. Thank you

Seconding the dragon flies! There were what seemed like hundreds dancing around our garden recently and I had a baby (or very small?) literally hover in front of my face as I dazed on in the sunshine drinking coffee the other morning. It took several seconds for me to realize what was happening and it snapped me fast into the moment.

Had a Dragonfly . fly over my car and hover there while i unlocked it and stood beside it with the driver door hanging wide open it flew away and flew back and hovered over the car as i got in with my aunt after coming out of a restaurant after eating there.. (such restaurant was one my grandmas favorites when she was alive) the location of it is in downtown area not close to any pond's so it was out of the ordinary to see a dragonfly there flying around. Believe its her showing shes with us. Seen a butterfly in beside the garage at home when i parked my car a few weeks before seeing this Dragonfly in town
