Here's where each of the tracks play in game: 0:00​ - DeepBass.wav - Towards the end the game theme is slowed down like this. 4:08​ - DeepBassGuitar.wav - During the final cleaning sequence this plays. 8:16​ - SpiritCleaningHouse.wav - When you are roaming the house in third person! 12:24​ - HouseGuitar.wav - When you are cleaning and are in first person! 16:32​ - HouseCredits.mp3 - the credits theme!

I'm gonna be honest, this entire soundtrack makes me so emotional. To me it feels like you, in a death bed about to leave this world while your entire life is played in front of you like a movie This thought mixed with the game context is enough to make me cry. This game needs more recognition, really.
