Thank you for posting this video! I was planning on buying one, but now the plan has changed to buying one that’s made in concrete.

They look ok and are slightly cheaper than most but they are rated for gas fireplaces so probably why they fractured in the bonfire. Thanks for the video!

I see that Spirits website now mentions use with gas fireplaces. The box I purchased in store had no such directions though. Thanks for the tip! -Sudden changes in temperature, such as pouring cold water onto hot fire logs, may cause cracking If parts of the fire logs are partially in a very hot fire and partially outside of the fire, the difference in temperatures may cause cracking Be sure to allow them to cool naturally once the fire is off to prevent cracking
