I’m finding this cathartic, but really helpful. I feel such warmth and love and sense of wisdom from you, Rasa. I've written to you before... but I feel as if God has personally sent the sweetest, most loving, gentle and kind angel he has to show me the way to lift the agonizing pain from where it has lain in my heart for the 1321 days since my beautiful son Sebastian succumbed to his own agony and killed himself. People keep telling me that I need to move on with my life -- as if stopping the pain in my heart requires no more than flipping a light switch. Recently someone told me that all the pain I'm holding ('intentionally', she thinks) is what keeps my only other child from wanting to spend time with me or to even be near me. So I feel like I've lost both of my sons, which just adds to the agony and sadness -- and makes me feel so alone. I know there are those who watch over me; and I speak to God and to my guardian angels every day -- assuming that they can hear me and are listening. But I haven't figured out how to 'hear' them and the pain in my heart shows no signs of dissipating. ///// So, I continue to listen to your sweet voice and try my hardest to relax and 'stay open'. But I get so discouraged when I can't 'get through'. I won't quit trying. I'll never quit. I don't really have a choice. To bring JOY -- or, at least, a FULL chest of air -- back into my life, I really can't quit. And so I won't. Meanwhile, thank you for your help... and patience.

In fact, 'we' may have just had an intervention (a little assistance) from those about whom we speak... because my other son called (CALLED!!!) me today to wish me a happy Mother's Day; and we chatted for at least 20 minutes!! Rasa, this is CLEARLY progress! On Mother's Day, I would normally be sad and miss by little angel (as I do every day, actually; Mother's Day is no exception). But because his big brother CALLED me today, I haven't cried one tear! (*until now, of course, because I'm just realizing it as I tell you this) : ) I am a Happy, HAPPY (grownup) GirlInPigtails!!

GirlInPigtails I can't even imagine your pain, I have child and love more than life. I've lost my husband who was my dearest and closest person to me besides our daughter. What has helped me through my pain is connecting with him through medium. It was so amazing to be able to talk to my husband in spirit that I let go of the grief and after I did Rey started coming to me in my dreams every night for half a year which has helped me transition through loss. The name of medium is Felix Lee Lerma. He extremely gifted and will be magical experience. He does phone appointments as well. It will be easier for you to accept your son's passing once you can contact him in spirit
