on june 10, 2022 we had our first gig at De Bosuil in Weert (NL) with this new group, a Rush tribute band called Spirit of Rush
here a version of the song Red Barchetta that we performed on that great night..

Frickin' awesome. RUSH follower since 1976! Lead intense! Bass perfecto! Drums, Peart is a tough act to follow but you are right on time. Vocals, GET RAW! you are incredibly talented but a bit refined. Some licks, l can hear a f'ing ROCK STAR dying to be free to belt it out! DO IT GO GIRL.

This band is almost ready for a Canadian tour! Even the Rush purists have to love the effort... I am thinking they must have collectively listened to thousands of hours of Rush....Some bands cover Tom Sawyer. This band covers like 20 songs across the band's history....

I am as big as a Rush fan as you get. This is a great band. However, just wondering if there will be a tribute band for RUSH as good as BRIT FLOYD and the AUSTRALIAN PINK FLOYD bands that do PINK FLOYD. i believe it is impossible with 3 people, but i will pay to see.

🎉phenomenal sound great representation of Rush songs I wish my bass playing was as good as this guys… just one item of criticism… the Bass player needs to at least try to look like he is having fun ….smile once in a while.. watched several vids of these guys and he looks bored lol he needs to come more out in front.. after all it’s Rush! Relegate all keyboards and bass pedals to the keyboard player step up front and rock! Remember people are also watching you need to be more engaged on stage …..
