9:03 honestly it shouldn't make you lose bar. Even if you hit all your counters the guy your fighting is going to be extremely low/around half hp on his final stock so your not getting a lot of value out of it. Even if they removed the counter losing bar and halved the dmg, it would still be a buff.

as good as stark is there is 1 thing i don't understand is why some of stark's moves are strength/ duel scale. e.g, the dogs make no cense being strength, the barrage/dash shouldn't be duel scale. dogs should be spirit, barrage/dash should be strength and the counter should be duel scale
