This is a great evolution of their sound; got some djenty type guitar work then a breakdown that fit with the style they did with Eternal Blue. Courtney's vocals are just killer, loved the layers she went with and leading into that roar then boom back to the haunting vocals. Awesome song! Thank you Nik for introducing me to Spiritbox!

Man you hit the nail on the head as far as this being good live. I’m a huge Spiritbox fan to the point that I flew to another province to see them open for lamb of god, but I haven’t been too crazy about rotoscope or the EP… until I saw them live. Honestly nobody around me knew the band prior to the concert but I don’t think we stopped moshing the entire set. Rotoscope was an absolute bop and was seriously so much fun live. One of my top 3 songs by them now

I don't think it sounds much like their older stuff at all. This is, as Nik's title says, more like dance music. It's Spiritbox, so there's a familiar sound, but their earlier stuff was more progressive and complex.

When I was in high school, this style was done with analogue synthesizers and was called industrial - and I say this as a good thing. I’ve always felt some NIN vibes in Spiritbox, and I cannot think of anyone worthier of taking over the baton. I love this, this band is becoming my favourite as of late :)
