The only thing holding this EP back from being a 10/10 is the EMBARRASSINGLY BAD Album title. “The Fear of Fear” ? Really? Even if it was MEANT to be stupid, it would still be a bad album title.

It's like "the only thing we have to fear is, fear itself" from FDR who was one of the worst president's we have had in the U.S. and this quote is kind of stupid. Reminds me of Demoralization, but Spiritbox members probably don't know what demoralization/active measures/beautiful trouble/praxis/dialectic are. Unless SB are themselves, part of that cult.

It's a spin off of one of the most recognized presidential speeches in history by F.D.R. when he was campaigning during the Great Depression. He used the slogan to say that all our difficulties at the time were simply material problems and could be overcome as there was truly only one problem."The only thing we have to fear is, fear itself." I think it's a brilliant title and very appropriate for the time considering where we are as a nation given the generations coming into adulthood who understand nothing of the American spirit due to ignorance of U.S. history and focus on materialism. We're in a real crappy position but truly the only problem is the fear of fear.
