This week Youth Pastor Kel Mitchell of Spirit Food Christian Center in Winnetka teaches a message titled “The Blueprint is Written on Your Heart”. At the start of each day, we are designing the blueprint for how our day will be based on what you say, what you think, and what you’re talking about. We need to remember that our words have power, and as such, we need to make sure that were saying the right things. What we say flows from what’s inside us. By accepting Jesus into our heart, we have God’s plan in our heart, and we need to stay focused on that and not get distracted. Everything that we do and say should be grounded in the blueprint that God has written on our heart. Don’t miss this wonderful message and be sure to watch the other messages on our KZbin channel.

Enroll in our biblical school called S.O.B.I (School of Biblical Instruction). The school is designed for the students to take the required courses at their own rate with the exception of those who believe they have a calling upon their life. Our mission is to provide students with quality Biblical teaching through anointed experienced instructors in a manner that results in practical application in their daily lives.

Today, I learned that Kel Mitchell is a youth pastor. I'm a '90s kid and I grew up watching Kel on "All That" and "Kenan & Kel," which were two of my favorite shows. I'm also a believer in Jesus Christ, so when I found out that he's a youth pastor now, I was pleasantly surprised. I'm happy to see that Kel is living for Jesus and teaching the Word of God. I listened to this whole message and I enjoyed Kel's preaching. I love the analogy he used of Dora the Explorer and how the Map is like God's blueprint (plan) for our lives and how Swiper the Fox is like Satan, trying to take from us and prevent us from fulfilling God's plan for our lives. I used to watch Dora the Explorer when I was younger and I never thought of the show in that way. Anyway, God bless Kel (I know God does bless Kel every day.)
