I see you as my spiritual teacher in future . I listen to you day and night. My spiritual awakening has been so so difficult on me . Your words sooth me to core 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 grateful to have you around . Thank you Craig 🙏🏻
Thank you so much. This is in accordance with my experience as well as teachings from Advaita and other sources I’ve come across. I’m in the integration period and a lot of very painful old karmic stuff is being brought out between me and my family of origin. Trying to use self observation and staying in the truth because it’s very easy to fall back into old egoic thinking and behavior

The spiritual crisis network UK recommended you to me after I recently contacted them after an awakening/crisis experience. I felt intense terror and resistance to the experience and then fell into old patterns of obsessive thinking (I have a diagnosis of OCD which has wrecked havoc in my life) and this threw me into prolonged crisis. It’s like I awoke from my mind and my mind fought back intensely. Starting to come out of the intense OCD behaviours now and to mentally heal but there’s no escaping the awakening experience I had and the need to now integrate it. This video has helped a lot. I need to be patient and loving with what continues to arise now that my mind has settled again. Thank you.

Craig. Thank you so much for your words of wisdom and support. I've been mentally wrestling with alot of the topics you spoke of and I was getting confused and lost in such a conceptual tangle. Upon practising resting as the awareness for only a short time my identity shifted from the form to the formless, from that constricted small, sticky, uncomfortable blob of 'me' to this vast openness where I just felt an enormous sense of relief, release and a wonderful feeling of deep gratitude. It brought tears to my eyes. I'm grateful for bumping into your channel (I've only watched this video.....but look forward to perusing through your other vids). Many blessings sir 🙏😊❤️

I wish I could find a teacher like you. You make it all so clear and I loved when you said you sometimes get confused and need some guidance. So often I have encountered people who purport that they are ok when in fact they are going through the process you have described. Thanks for making these videos available. I love Adya but you seem to have taken his teaching into another sphere which I can directly relate to on a worldly level....I have never heard that 5he worldly and the spiritual experience are one before...that is such a jewel.

The problem I run into is that I already am spirit. I'm quite convinced. Why should I look for a spiritual experience if I am a spiritual experience. Spirit is happening. How can one spirit awaken when it is inherently awake? I'm trying to grasp what you are teaching here.... The Chinese Zen teacher Huang Po said "you cannot use the Buddha to seek the Buddha...the mind cannot be used to seek mind. Ramana Maharshi - presupposing the existence of a non-existent thing and then wanting to get salvation for that imaginary 'I', you have to start and try to do so through the above-said four paths of yoga. When your sadhanas themselves become a means of giving life to the non-existent ego, how can they destroy it?
@1234carolynb7 жыл бұрын
Some people like me, have an intellectual understanding that we are spirit, but it is not our lived experience. Rather than knowing at a very deep level who we are, it is something we need to keep reminding ourselves of.
@jlareaux55047 жыл бұрын
The intellectual understanding you speak of is what me are not. You know what you are by seeing what your not. That's the route I took anyhow.

Surrender is key. Kundalini is always working in your best interest. I had so many symptoms. I have had eye floaters ever since too but I see auras and things like that.. now. I have visions all the time very colorful. It’s a lightshow behind my eyes almost always. Resistance caused 99% of my pain with it. I was freightened. I thought the feeling of love.. might explode my body. Felt like I was being electrocuted at my crown chakra..

Hi there, I started medication 4 months ago. I am feeling some of what you discribing, beginning stages only. But sometimes I feel that I am stuck, I try to meditate and I just can't...is this normal? At this moment I do feel when I meditate that mild force that push through my belly into my chest and most times when I feel the energy go to my head and it feels like my head is expanding and I see millions of stars, it's a beautiful sight to see but it last only for less then a minute then it fades. Can you tell me why this only last for such a short time please. And yes I do go through the headaches and confusion but it is not very hectic. I seems to manage it well. I meditate in the morning and evening.

What does it mean if my spiritual awakening lasted months?
@craigholliday27 күн бұрын
Ideally it lasts forever. It will if you honor it and support it with your attention. Common ways to reconnect would be joining a retreat (we are having one now 12.6.24), or meditating more, doing yoga. Not picking up false thoughts......
@raffy_rodriguez27 күн бұрын
@ Mine lasted a few months over the course of a hospitalization. I tried to honor it by arguing with the psychiatrists who were trying to pathologize it. I knew in my heart there was a significance to the experience and what it was revealing to me. I was really disappointed when I discovered that not a single medical professional was prepared or willing to engage with the content of my experience or could speak to it in any spiritually meaningful way. When I discharged from the hospital I continued to let it take its course until I ran out of money to support it. It really woke me up into myself. It was otherworldly beautiful. They call it mania, but it was deeply spiritual and revelatory. It felt like a gift from heaven. I’ve had to accept that it wasn’t sustainable, but I’m happy to know there are ways to reconnect with it more safely.

How can you be that which is beyond thought? If there is no thought of an I then no one knows that it is me or you. The notion of I am vanishes so that it is not I, it cannot be called I, or say I am that. I can say I am from that but not I am that. No non dualist would say that a thought is awareness or that, although is made of that.

@craigholliday8 жыл бұрын
Thanks for the input. Yes, the intention was to simply link to similar "teachings," which was the advise of my web support tech... I did spend many years studying with Andrew and Eli, and benefited greatly from there teaching. I do still honor Eli and the personal work he has done to grow and heal. But yes, I will remove the name Andrew from the list. I did struggle with the horrific acts in which he committed and paradoxically did benefit from his teaching. It really broke my heart to see such pain and division caused by him.

Great oration dude but a lot of these people talk about pain in the kundalini experience maybe this pain is telling that individual that it wasn't ment for them if it was there wouldn't be pain maybe because we are sinners cause we are human that old saying with great power comes great responsibility these people seeking this power have no idea what it means I mean when an individual can cause earthquakes just cause he or she gets mad what then
