It is happening to me. I’m feeling much, much better than I ever have in my history. I am waking up to my thoughts being all untrue, à la Byron Katie. I am consciously letting go of egoic modes. They are falling away. And I can see more clearly. My mind has less thinking in it. Less clutter. It feels so much better. Every day for me is becoming beautiful. I had to go through some torture in the mind a few weeks ago. And periods of that have occurred over the last few years, which I think is egoic parts of me being very afraid of death but then ultimately dying. I’m also smarter lately and more conscious of everyone’s vibrational states. I teach the kids better. It’s easier and more comfortable to just BE in each moment. I am so glad this is happening in me.

When I was in rehab I didn't who I was supposed to be or how to act. I thought what if I was just someone who just appeared in my body and had no reason to feel guilty or bad for being in it but only came to take over for a little bit to help me see how to best act. Kinda like that show Quantum Leap. I figured I could make a game out of pretending to be this person who wasn't emotionally attached to who I was if I made a point of considering everything I did before I acted. I would take the time to consider what would be the best attitude for my character who I chose as being rational and considerate. I would try to see the situations I was in as though an impartial viewer who was just trying to choose the best course of actions for my role. When something came up unexpectedly like someone saying something I didn't like I would pause and consider what to do even if there was what seemed like awkward silence, kind of like when in Quantum Leap the star would consult with his side kick. After a while it became to me that I wasn't pretending to be someone else, I was choosing to. The guy I thought I was pretending to be was the real me taking the place of the voices in my head that always told me what to do before but those weren't my choices but what others had taught me to choose in various situations. I still get out of character sometimes and the voices try to take over again but they have no power over me once I am aware of them because they can't do anything but talk. I am the one that chooses what to do. 🙏

5:08 it happened to me in 2018 when I finished reading ''Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon hill'"... I read for the first time, second time, when I finished reading for the third time, at 3 am I heard someone calling me Denzel Denzel Denzel, he called me 3 times, the third time his call was at low voice like dennnzel. .I woke up, I raised my hand to him but I couldn't touch him because I took long time to wake up, I saw him going, I followed him in the room but he disappeared, I do not recognise the face, I don't know if it was a woman or man. .. The second night it happened again but this time he didn't call my name, he just stood up there looking at me and went, since then it never happened again..... I know it will happen with me again if I pay full attention. ... I never told this to anybody, this is the first time I'm writing or letting someone know that it happened to me. .

Wanting to eat a more healthier diet and change, wanting to walk in nature (walk outside), ringing in ears, waking between 2:00 and 4:00 Am (earlier than usual), short term memory loss, feeling disconnected, feeling outside of my body, and the ANXIETY ATTACKS. I suffer from anxiety disorder and OCD and thought there was something wrong with me (mental health wise), I mean I eat healthy, I work out, I sleep well, I hydrate and eliminate large amounts of caffeine. But now I know that my anxiety may be a spiritual awakening, suddenly all makes sense!

OMG I am so excited and relieved. I've had this video in my to watch later list but barely got around to watching it right now right now. I can't Begin to tell you how much you clarified for me. I genuinely thought I was losing my mind. I'm not even kidding or trying to be funny, I literally was on the verge of seeking some type of mental health care, or a priest maybe I was haunted and undermining my sanity. I think I got through the scary part of this. Existential crisis, Actuality, reality, and then almost having anxiety attacks. I do feel SOOO Much better. I literally just feel more understanding and oneness and it’s indescribable. Happening to me these past few months the scariest part is the panic attack and anxiety that sometimes I can’t handle. I took some pills not to see some vivid dreams that triggered me. This happened to me in August 2020. I panicked. I even walked in a park in silence with a prayer in my heart and tears clogging my eyes. The highlight of the moment was when I prayed and said God if this is about you, show me a sign. As I was walking, I said to myself; if the mind really creates our reality, if what you fear you attract, I fear snakes and I’m afraid of walking in this trail alone. And right in front of me a baby snake appeared , it slowly fouled away and I was dumbfounded . I just remember that moment so clearly. Since then it has been a rollercoaster of career and family crisis, sometimes it’s really depressing but mostly I have inner complete peace no matter how bad things are... I’d wish to share this someday, when I come out on the other side. Thank you this video allowed me to understand myself.

I am super passionate about the environment. I now try to buy only zero waste products, reduced my plastic by at least 80%, I loved animals since I was a child so I’m always trying to help If I would see one that needs help. I also love spending time with myself. I spent thanksgiving by myself. I wanted to do the same with Christmas and new year but I felt bad for my parents so I came over lol. I feel disconnected if I don’t meditate for a few days and I kind of get that negative vibe because I feel disconnected but I try to get into a positive vibe. The only sad part for me is that I just can’t be an authentic person. As I kid I had a medical issue and I missed out on things and I just want that attention. I look for it to impress others. I really don’t like that about myself. That really bothers me. At least I’m being authentic here in the comment sec lol.

I had a dream the other night and it was just pure gold but I was moving through this golden veil and no matter what, if I went left right, up or down it was the same thing over and over again. Me myself and I. There was no physical form of myself it was simply just an awareness of myself and I kept telling myself “this is me” it was almost like my truest version of myself was finally unveiling who I was and it was incredibly beautiful. Ironically I woke up around 4 am, coincidence? I think not.
