​​@@shivanichaurasiya444 आप दिनमें कभी भी खाली पेट या खानेके तीन चार घंटे बाद आधा घंटे बिना हिले डुले स्थिर बैठे कैसे भी बैठे जमीन पर कुर्सीपर आरामकुर्सीपर बैठे पर पुर्णरूपसे स्थिर बैठे रहिए पहले पहले काफी बार हिलोगे ज्यादा चंचल होवोगे तो हिलनाभी पहले दिन एकदम से स्थिर मत होना क्रमश: स्थिर होते जाना आध्यात्मिक प्रगती होगी मगर ये बात ध्यान रखना जब डेढ घंटे स्थिर होवोगे तो आत्मसाक्षात्कार कि स्थितिमें आवोगे एवं छलांग कि स्थिती के करीब आवोगे तब सावधान क्योंकि आत्मसाक्षात्कार जब होता है तब हमारा ये इस वक्तही का व्यक्तित्व गिर जाता हैं तब बहोत तकलीफ होती हैं उसकी भी तयारी करना ये दु:साहस होता हैं इसके वास्ते किसी पहुंचे हुए को गुरू बनाकर प्रार्थना करते रहना के आध्यात्म में आगे बढाए तथा व्यक्तित्व गिरते वक्तही सहाय्यता करना गुरू के लिए कही जाने कि जरूरत नही शिवजी आसारामजी लीलाशाह विशुद्धानंद तुकाराम किसी भी पहुंचे हुए व्यक्ति को गुरू माने वे आपको आपके पिछे खडे रहकर अंदरसे बराबर सतत मदद करेंगे
