I have been having these experiences these past weeks(self initiate). I thought I must be coming down with something. Heaviness?✔️ Feeling heat and congestion around the head area. Like I am about to get a headache ✔️ Coldness around the base of the spine. Like someone is placing an air conditioner right there?✔️ It's eased up now and I couldn't figure out what was happening.😶

@@ngakatloukgolo I just wish I could experience it just once. I do daydream a lot. I always have...... I will just stare off into space for long periods at time. But, that's it. Its as if I am staring into nothingness. Someone will be talking to me and my mind will just drift off. I do it at church, school, when someone is talking to me or when I am bored...... sometimes I have to force myself to listen when someone is talking to me. Hell, I think I daydreamed my entire high school years away.
