Well said, I thank you I admittedly fell within this aspect variables times in my journey if not recently I view this as a sign to be wary of exactly what I’m doing and feeling. Used to straight up avoid negativity as much I could, just to find out I’m holding onto a lot, thank you.

wow this is wild, I feel like this is the exact video I needed right now because I’m extremely guilty of this. I feel like I’m happy and at a good mental state, but then I try to project that onto those closest to me, completely disregarding what upsets them, and literally last night my brother called me out on it. Sometimes you don’t need to provide a solution, sometimes you just need to listen. And as you said, give advice only when asked for it. Thanks bro

I really appreciate the quality and purity of your video. Your insights about spiritual escapism resonate with me, as it's something I’ve been reflecting on for a long time. In my personal experience, it becomes a defense mechanism, a way to avoid the truth. Labeling everything negative as ego and striving to live as 'non-ego' while still developing your ego is, in fact, an escape from it, rather than embracing it. When you embrace the darkness, you also allow the light in. Have a good day!

right on the money. Took me 2-3 years of navigating spirituality to realize I wasn’t actually integrating it and making meaningful change in the physical realm.

Mindfulness _(in combination with walking, workouts, social training, exploring & living my values, challenging myself almost every day, etc.)_ has been massive for my day-to-day mood as someone who was depressed for many years. I think you're right though that the key is to use things like spirituality & mindfulness as a tool to explore and accept your reality in full, including "good" & "bad" feelings/thoughts... ...not as escapism and/or a bludgeon to beat other people with.

Great content homie. Rob Preece, a Vajrayana Practitioner & Jungian Analyst, proposed the term Spiritual Flight in his 2010 book “The Wisdom of Imperfection: The challenge of Individuation in Buddhist Life” which describes the intrapsychic coping mechanism of ungrounded spiritual practice as a means for avoiding the overwhelming pressures & responsibilities of the reality that surrounds someone. Very astute observation you’ve made!

great video, On my personal journey of philosophy and self-awareness, I have been very guilty of pushing my negative thoughts/mindsets away because that's what I thought would make me happier in life. This video changed that perspective. Thank you

ya know, something my therapist and i talk about is that while maybe ultimately all of this suffering is ‘small mind’ stuff (wrapped in duality because our human existence is naturally dual, although the big mind/picture is that its all one), we are not monks on a mountain. while meditation is a valuable skill that everyone could benefit from, we still live in our western world where it takes some finesse to navigate in a fulfilling way. there is so much wisdom in eastern philosophies but its also wise to recognize that we are not monks on a mountain

Beautifully put man… the amount of spiritual escapism/ psychosis I’ve been seeing recently is very disheartening

negative emotions are something we must look within without identifying with them, to reveal parts of ourselves that need to be spiritually filled

Yes. I don’t think they’re necessary for anything I talk about in this video though.

The issue is that when you can see the spiritual battle fully, you know it's a ritual - that spirituality itself is the cause of the (Wild)fires, hence the Pan(demic) because of the Playboys and Girls in Neverland - the American Dream. They want to shift the burden of guilt upon us, because it's part of the ritual - we become the Scape(goat). That's why they burnt a lot of their own houses down. But to speak this in this age, I would be mocked, but I was spiritually aware and messaged about the Palisades in 2023 on another platform (Bitchute same handle) because this one censors me because they KNOW I know. So my Actions are my Words, but no one cares and laughs at me. Even the recent videos because the enemy rules this world so what would you propose when you know that Freedom itself was a trap?

I think that happens when you cling to it as an emotional support instead of a frame of understanding. I find myself more present and more ready to help others since I've gained understanding.

The mind is conditioned to escape, so when the mind learns of spirituality, it simply continues doing what it always has done under a new guise. Meditation becomes a distraction, egolessness becomes ego. In the end, our path is our own and no one has the authority to tell another that they should 'become spiritual'. What nonsense.
