Dear Lord Jesus, I come to you, to confess that I’m a sinner. I’ve sinned greatly against you. I ask that you forgive me for every sin I’ve committed, those known and unknown. I confess those specific sins today and turn away from them. I believe God that your son Jesus Christ died on the cross for my sins and rose on the 3rd day again, that I may have eternal life. I receive your Salvation today. I receive you as Lord of my life today. May you be my only ruler and master in my heart Lord Jesus. May my trust always be in you as I follow you as my Lord and Savior today. Thank you for your blood Lord Jesus. Thank you for new life and new wine. Thank you that there’s oil in my lamp. Thank you that my light is cut on. Thank you for a lifetime I get to spend with you for eternity in Heaven.
