Spiritual Investment: The long and short of it...

There is a vital point which is uncannily similar in financial investing and spiritual investing. When we pay such attention to money which comes and goes, how much more should we be attentive to spirituality which comes and grows?
Here is an experience with Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba (two actually) that leads us to ponder over this very important aspect of investing...

oh my god...Though i am a bit late to have watched this, my guru gave me the answer, since a year i have been asking "amma" why she will drag me to any other person or guru when i have her in my life as guru,mother n what not...no matter what, i will never find a guru like u amma, when u have bestowed me with all kinds for spiritual experiences and even a manthra from u...Give me the strength to hold on to your lotus feet amma and never to doubt your ways....om amriteshwaryai namah....Thank u sir ....your surrender to the lotus feet of guru is tat everyone should practice....Sairam

Aravind you are great devotee of Swami as we all are , though your logic of long term investing has a wider acceptance but at the same time it is also a investing mantra not to keep all your egg in one basket. Infact in investing we always say to choose few good stock and hold on. In spirituality our ultimate goal is make our heart pure and full of love for everyone, as we see God in every human being. Though sticking ro one God is good idea, making our heart full of love and compassion for all will ultimately do good to us in the super path to realisation of God..Thanks Aravind you are doing fantastic work of Swami. Though your video is 3 years old, I came through it just now so I have to put my thoughts now.

We do guess in formless reality it might be not so sad, because atma is working not for to get her reward, but doing her duty until the work will be done. Done. Many big thanks for kind reply. Each life form is totally legal "trying to keep the situation", especially, if time is running for all. But the different souls do have the different approach to the different events. Including the recent human History, and our long term evolutionary path. It's may be, not about to win, or to lose. To be a losers, -very sad. To be a winners - absolutely, Not ! - so much fun, also. But it's not about who is thinking what? O, boy! - at this time, who cares now about positive, or negative usual ordinary humble individual opinion? It's not about who will get more, or all the benefits from own intellectual superiority. Aryans had have enough information about everything since almost the ancient times. It was always possible to look for exit to leave and stay in dignity, but not any more. And this absence of choice-does create all the bitterness of desperation. In silence, under the big fanfares, or mysteriously vanish, vaporize without trace, - whatever; but, - future, any way will come and time will running. Probably, the Rulers of Time still exist.
