He, according to Romans 8:9 had the Holy Spirit, as no man calls Jesus Lord without it, 1 Corinthians 12:3. The only difference is being "filled with the Spirit", as per; "And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit;" Romans 5:18. Here the subject matter is "excess", and we need the excess (filled full) of the Spirit, after the "renewing of the Holy Ghost; Which he shed on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Savior;" Titus 3:5,6. Praise The Lord!
