But the Lord said to me, "it's not about you, it's about me." Your word is truth. He guides my steps, I walk in Him, and he lives through me. I would like to think about this message more. Remember what Job says while he is suffering. He tells God to leave him alone. And he really wants to ask God for his reason to why he is allowing this. We love God because he first loved us. As a human I respond to Love. So the desire is sparked in goodness. The desire isn't sparked out of obedience. We hold fast to our faith of course, but I'm not sure our passion, love, and feeling good should continue to increase for God as our suffering in life increases.

The 15:30 mark. I wonder if Jesus was trying to say that works and wonders can be done through anyone because it’s not about the person doing them, it’s an expression of the Father’s love to a lost and dying world that’s been deceived? Maybe to suggest otherwise would mean either we are putting someone on a pedestal or the person performing the acts gets puffed up and thinks they are the one who’s accomplishing something? When it’s actually Holy Spirit who does and wills and empowers through us(the believers)? I think it all boils down to the heart. Why are you a minister? Why do you want to lay hands on someone to see them healed? It seems like, even if a person inwardly has bad intentions(I.e greed, fame, power, importance etc) God will still use them out of mercy towards the targeted person. However, when it’s all said and done and we stand before him, Jesus will expose the truth to us. Whether we were his or whether we never died to ourselves. He did speak through a donkey after all. I think that’s why he warned we should evaluate ourselves, to make sure we are in the faith.
