I overcame that very thing by accepting all parts of me, trusting my core and God, meditation and positive affirmations. Are you able to communicate with your alters? Finding out what they were trying to communicate was also a big step for me. For me when I learned to value myself as much as I valued others they left. Been gone 10 years now. So grateful I no longer have to argue with my selves. I hope this helps. I am praying for your healing
