My ascension was weird lol it started first by me just wanting to get rid of toxic people in my life, ended my relationship that was stagnant. I was high on life for a good 2 to 3 years, lost weight. When I had my spiritual awakening, I changed significantly. Every emotion got dialed up to the max like my empathy, compassion, creativity, music or song lyrics became important and later on I felt very tired. I did cry at times but never lost faith in God even though I was suffering inside. I now feel at peace, and I see my path. Before the awakening I thought my life didn't have a purpose but now the door has opened I see clearly. I forgot to mention I started writing poems. Regarding ascension: I left the situation for the first time, and finally felt what self love felt like, and so much unconditional love for so many and especially him regardless of the outcome. Then dark night of the soul came in and took me out for the count! My back went out and I was literally floored for weeks, and couldn't do much. But I needed to be down for the count bc I wasn't sleeping much, due to so many things happening in the dream state. It's also when I found your channel and finally truly started to understand tarot. Also understood so many thought patterns I had were just due to not understanding I had a support system in spirit, so that woke up like I would have never expected. There are many symptoms to ascension. Rashes, aches, and pains in the body. Blurry eyes, headaches, fatigue a lot of that, during the day. You don't have the energy to exercise. Sometimes, I believe it is necessary to take yourself out of a situation and focus on the individual that you are attempting to assist. It is absolutely necessary to be able to empathize when you are giving away yourself to lead by example. I am not sure if the collective is going to relate to this scenario. I believe that you can assist and be assisted when in need. This is an example of a two-way street that seems out of balance when in reality, it is what is required to help. Just because a person appears calm on the outside doesn't mean that the person is not affected by the interactions of their dealings with other people. I have seen people who were deeply affected by the people who were brought into their lives. Sometimes it was for the better and sometimes it was for the worst. I think that it all depends on the situation and the people involved. As we all know we are all different. And as such the scenarios will be different. And the outcome will be different with each situation. For me the transitional phase was a time of trying to understand what was happening. Of course I am referring to the time before I learned how to Astral project. I was born with gifts and the rest I had to earn as I progressed along my path. Each and every thing that I am able to do took time to develop and requires a certain amount of commitment and repetitious behavior in order to be able to utilize the gift. You cannot use something that you do not understand. This is the way it is. Their are many people who are not able to get any gifts other than the normal intuition and the normal process of learning in the normal way. I hope that this helps someone.

Ascension symptoms - (major) cold/flu that lasts 2+ weeks. I am a Healer, but I can't help even ease the symptoms. I can heal knee injuries (for instance) but nothing with this. I was told my my Spiritual Mentor, she said that is because it is things that I need to release for my Spiritual Growth and ascension. Minor ascension. Need a lot of extra sleep. I can also clean, balance, alchemize and amplify energy (miles/states/continents away). But during my own ascension of any level ... my energy is low (or lower). Also, my abilities across the board (to include Claires) are temporarily not as strong or challenging to connect until ascension process is done. Then clear as day under a magnifying glass again immediately after.
