This will be the last time I trust Ecuagenera with plants. I am so grateful that they sent me a replacement. However, the path to recovery for this once beautiful plant will be months & months. Super Disappointed.
I will stick to the import companies I trust from now on!
I did luck out with the rest of the plants that arrived. My Palli could have been a bit healthier. The shipping risks are real.
also, who ships a spiritus sancti in straight air! 🙄. Confused.

Yeah I do say that too. It's not the other plants I'm concerned over. It's the spiritus that was packed in a little baggie that was completely turned to mush. The others are fine apart from cosmetic gold damage from poor shopping 😢

Hey Taz, I am hopeful you will revive them all and your spiritus most of all as it looks much better than the last one. I’m always surprised by how poorly packaged them come from imports, it’s like they don’t give a crap about them arriving healthy. I go to far more effort posting the odd cutting out 🙈

My friend and I were just saying the same. I gave It 3 solid tries. Every single shipment was just shocking. This one was probably the better of the 3. But as you can see those roots on all those plants. I'll probably be lose a lot of leaves. It's stressful! It's so much money & they seem to not care. Tropicals pads the leaves really well with fiber fill and they don't ever fill their boxes to save money. I'm glad we aren't the only ones having issues. I hope you've had better luck? I'd order from them more if they shipped stuff better. Such a waste.

I know! It baffles me. Why are customers being mislead. It made me super sad. My friends too! They got boxes the same time. Awful. Even her replacement. Mush! I'm sorry you didn't get the pretty plants you were hoping for! Totally feel that!
