Great interview. Love interviews like this where you get the story of a song... or albums in this case.

Great guy. Amazing job on gnr. What a legend! I love his honesty and intellect. I can't get enough of listening to him

Totally agree. I have been absolutely enthralled with GNR since I was 8 years old when I first saw the Welcome to the Jungle video on MTV in 1987…I grew up on rock and rock - Pink Floyd’s Dark Side of the Moon was the first piece of music I can remember my father playing for me when I was little. But when GNR came along, I absolutely gravitated toward my generation’s premier, most fascinating rock and roll band, at least IMO. They certainly weren’t boring and that is what attracted me to them. But more than anything, it was the music, the music was emotional, at times aggressive and other times sensitive and a powerful sound to no end. They were my generation’s Stones or Zeppelin or Aerosmith. So, when I get an opportunity to hear one of the members talk about the experience of being in one of my 2 favorite bands of all time (the other being the original Black Sabbath lineup), I eat it up and can’t get enough.

why rockstars always start to dress like "Keep the Faith" 's era Bon Jovi when they're hitting their mid fifties?
@carlwalker16232 жыл бұрын
Unnecessarily over done there’s plenty of crappy sounding recordings because that’s what they had at the time, and the songs still stand the test of time. How far into debt do you want owe the record company. Time is money and the record companies will be happy to help you bury yourself in debt.

wtf with Axl, Slash and Duff? come on call this guy back again. Wtf with friendship men? why they didn't called him again. He is a friend dude, great man. And of course 10 zillion times better drummer than Frank who?... wtf.
