Very well done. Nice to see a good warbird pilot...you don't see that much. Excellent use of rudder on take off, smooth and deliberate, and you didn't roll it too fast (most roll a warbird like a drill bit...news flash...a Spitfire doesn't have a 420 degrees per second roll rate). Nice to see some SCALE...truly scale flying. Color me impressed!

Thank you very much for the nice comment, much appreciated. Yes rudder use is very much a part of the warbird flying. Have a nice day

Yeah, nice scale flight with an even better landing. Too many warbird pilots don't bother about a conscious approach and smooth touchdown.

The GT60 seems to pull it very strongly! Is it also good in uplines, loops, etc ?
@Warbirdpilot2 жыл бұрын
Yes, it's a strong engine, and only gets better as it gets some fuel through it

@@Warbirdpilot Excellent. If I acquired a CARF Spitfire I would feel very comfortable with a 50-60cc instead of the crazy 85-100cc most people think they need.
