Spiti Kee Gompa and Village

Key Gompa and village in Spiti Valley. A documentary style travel video with ambient sound from destinations in Asia.
Key (or Kee, Kye, Ki, Kee) is a village in the Indian Himalayas at around 4000 meters about 12km from Kaza. The monastery sits spectacularly high on rocks at 4177 meter. Down in the village people live from Agriculture and livestock. Yaks, donkeys, goats and sheep are held that can graze the green fields around the village.

I travelled beginning of may. There was a cheap hotel behind the gompa in 2016. I do not know about homestay.
