Was born in NJ in late 1991. Was lucky enough to be introduced to hockey by this Devils team. Saw so many wins regular season, playoffs & cup, in person and on TV. Obviously fell in love with hockey more than I ever thought I could. These Gomer interviews are so fucking good, especially for a kid who idolized and rooted for these players. This is legit gold and GLove’s gotta be one of the best story tellers of all time. Absolutely love hearing about these beauties no holds bar

Easily the best player I ever played with and against. Won a state championship with him back in the early 90’s and he lit my high school team up with 5 goals in the first period. We lost 17-1. Funny footnote, I scored less then a minute into the game just to give us hope before a complete ass kicking. I even go KO’d in the 2nd period. And missed a couple shifts. The memories. The guy has always been a class act, his whole family are good people and his dad makes the best steak taco imaginable!
