Usually on a podcast with 3-4 dudes, there's always one guy that you kinda don't like. Not on spittin chiclets. It's why this podcast is amazing.

I grew up in NYC at the height of the NY Rangers/Islanders rivalry in the 80's. Ironically Trottier became the Rangers' coach in the 2000's which still caused a minor controversy. Those Islander teams were amazing. I used to love to watch the Isles vs the Habs--both teams skated so well. RIP Mike Bossy. Great interview!

Trottier is a legend. The farm he grew up on is along the Frenchman River near Val Marie, Sask. A few years ago, I canoed the stretch of river he talks about in this interview and it was cool to see where a future Hall of Famer got his start.

Trottier is amazing. Never liked him when he played, cause I was an Oilers fan. One of the best interviews. If Gretzky's career was shortened to the same length as Bossy's, Gretzky easily beats him at goals/game. Gretz's number is lowered by the extra 10 years that Bossy didn't have. Bossy 10 years: 0.76 gpg Gretzky 10 years: 0.82 gpg People need to stop trying to excuse away Gretzky. He was a genius who dominated.

@sunnymclean79503 жыл бұрын
Nahh RA holds his own on this show he also probably witnessed the greatest hockey being played growing up so when these older guys come on the show he can ask those specific questions about stories, like thats the best part. Whit and Biz aren't going to know that era because they didnt watch it.
