I filled spjimr form last year. I have 84% 82% 71%(engg) academic and no work experience. They didn't call me for profile based. Profile based only works if you have all these ; good academic+work experience+versatility achievements. If you lack any of them then focus on profile-cum-score based call.

@@kanavmoudgil5034 don't go with video. Ask any person who filled the form. S p jain shortlist profile based candidates before cat/xat results. If candidate is not shortlisted for profile based then they asked to updated cat xat results whenever results are declared. I have similar profile and I am fresher. Even with my academic and non academic achievements I wasn't called for profile base. Then I learned from my friend that fresher needs 90/90/90 for 10th/12th/grad or 80/80/80+work ex for profile based. For score base you need 95+%tile in cat. Even in cat19 the candidates with work experience are huge compare to past trend. That's why I said "in addition" , if it clears your doubt. About 85%tile, it may change year to year. One has to check it from official admission criteria on college website.
