Hey! I love your channel, it is underrated. I want to start making my own custom amiibo, but I don't know where to start.

Thank you very much for the compliment! Is there any character you would like to repaint? Starting with repainting an amiibo could be a good place to start. that way you can later always look into adding extra clay details. Or if you want something a bit simpler I would recommend an Squid amiibo and then making it into a custom colour. Maybe like some have also done, add some simple headgear of the idols to make their squid-forms. Or as Socialmediamenace has done, a recolour of the amiibo like the new Splatoon Joy-cons!

Yeah sorry about that. The sculpting was something where I completely forgot to keep an eye on how it looked within the camera. I was able to keep that in mind for the painting but it's still something I'm trying to work on with our Custom Amiibo station.

A friend of mine did not have the gear that the amiibo unlocks. And nice I had made a present for them I thought of sending the amiibo with the present to them. But this whole package then got lost. And so we lost both the Slosher Deco prop and the custom evil Callie amiibo...
