Splatoon 3 Big Run: Destroying the Horrorboros Fight

Was the 2nd kill I've gotten honestly I love everything about this guy. its scream is so electronic yet guttural.
Super cool fight and I love all the visual elements, just wish it was a little harder, splatting the bomb does an insane amount of damage to it, and if you get a weapon like hydra or even just crab it dies very quickly.

Somehow, hearing the roar/scream by itself is scarier than seeing the creature roar/scream. This is one of the times I'm glad video games and reality don't line up...because if this thing was in the real world I'd probably never leave my house again.

Tips for Xtra waves: 1. Whoever has the weapon with the highest DPS should stay on whoever the boss is 2. Shooting a boss with a golden egg will insta kill them (besides fly fish) meaning if you kill a boss, launch 2 eggs then keep one to turn it into another 3 eggs 3. Xtra waves get rid of on special if you have two, so first use one special on normal waves, then save one for the Xtra wave 4. When Horroborros always remember to take out the bomb he charges as they are as annoying at fly fish

You can one shot flyfish with a golden egg actually, you just need to aim between the baskets and a little down hitting there destroys both baskets at once. Also your specials get set to one on xtra wave even if you have none so there’s no point in saving them incase you get a boss, specials are integral to victory holding out on using them is a very bad idea especially if you’re going for score.

how is everyone so good at this. if im lucky i get teammates able to get the king down to half. going back when i got my first cohozuna i couldnt get teamates who even knew to shoot the eggs at him instead of the small bosses.
