This just makes me wish they had adult and kid Inklings and Octolings in the games. What's cool is in Splatoon 3 you can hear the Octolings speaking squid but with their accents

@@mysryuza I don't mind not being able to play as one, I just wish they were out and about and kids too. The only adult Inkling and Octolings we have truly seen so far are truly Craig, Octavio, Callie, Marie, and even Pearl, plus all the musicians in art and posters and Sunken Scrolls showing adults. It would be so cool to see crowds of adults and kids cheering on our characters as they turf battle. and I personally would love to see baby Inklings and Octolings in strollers being pushed or attended to by the parents. Those kind of things just add more depth and make the Splatoon world feel more alive.

Well in Splatoom 3 you do hear the Octolings doing their best speaking Squid but with their accents.
