I think captain 3 is canonically a girl. Mostly because during the devs interview, they referred captain 3 as a girl canonically.

@@Rakkai ... Weird to bring it up, but ok. Anyway, personality I don't think Nintendo will ever state WHICH gender is the canon one for OG 3. After all, since you could always choose how OG Agent 3 is, it's always on the hands of the player their gender. I believe they went with female pronouns, when talking about Captain 3, was because they were using the female version of the character. It's what I think, anyway hehe.

I expected Captain (Emeritus) Cuttlefish to play around the rules again and pick either Savory/Umami or Salty for his favorite food (outside Japan), crabby cakes. Who would have thought that Shiver would receive some major backup!

Just cause I wanna be nitpicky: Sugar has been proven to not make kids (or anyone) hyper. That is a case of people falsely blaming the sugar (Is sugar a source of energy? Yes. Does energy make you hyper? No.) when instead it is the other factors at hand, such as being happy or having fun or being at a party. Easy to test: Have a bunch of gummy worms, soda, and such then go read a law book (unless you are particularly excited by law). You won't be uncontrollably hyper, you'll (probably) be bored.
