Despite knowing of the Splatterhouse series and even remembering that comic advertisement, I never dabbled in these games until a few years ago on emulator. Which is crazy, because I mean...look at how gory and awesome they are. It's interesting that it kind of transitioned into a Sega property...and yet...I never knew any friends that owned 2 or 3.

I’m in the same boat. I honestly didn’t know about these games until the Wii Virtual Console releases. I love those old cheesy horror slash films and all that so I instantly fell in love with the series. Its such a shame that the series is apparently dead😭😭😭
