ok, so you were able to attach unshrunken white leader to shrunken film, it`s probably not going to run thru the projector once the shrunken part hits the sprocket teeth of the sprockets and the intermittent pull down claw.

Question, how can I fix or sharpen a 16mm film splicer? It does not cut the film, it just bends it.
